Project Coordinator (Contracts & Invoicing)

Key Details:

+ Location: 100% Onsite – Muskogee, OK (Daily commute required – mileage reimbursed)

+ Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 (DOE)

+ Duration: 24–36 Month Contract (Potential for Full-Time Employment)

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Robert Half is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a dynamic Project Management team. This is a highly administrative and accounting-focused role that will involve managing contracts, tracking invoices, and supporting change orders for construction-related projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical abilities and advanced Excel skills, along with a desire to grow into a Project Manager role over time.
