Job Description
- Support project monitoring and evaluation by contributing to data collection, verification, processing, and documentation efforts.
- Generate learner progress reports, profiles, completion rates, evaluation summaries and other program reports in various formats (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PDF)
- Upload, download, organize and update materials in the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Assist in preparing and formatting materials such as slide decks, handouts, infographics, audio, video, and other digital learning resources.
- Provide timely assistance to learners, Learning Coaches, Facilitators, Consultants and other project team members.
- Respond to technical and administrative queries related to learning sessions or materials.
- Coordinate administrative and logistical requirements for workshops, meetings, and other project events.
