About the job Project Brand Ambassador - BGC Taguig
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the company's products or services at events and in public
- Engage with potential customers and create a positive image of the company
- Provide product knowledge and demonstrate how products or services work
- Assist customers and riders to download and sign up in the mobile app
- Assist customers in booking rides and ensure to provide their unique promo code for # of bookings monitoring
- Encode and keep records of driver and customer sign ups
- Network and build relationships with potential customers and other industry professionals
- Gather and report feedback to the company on customer interactions and perceptions of the Xpress brand
