Job Purpose
The Project CAPEX Buyer will manage procurement activities exclusively for Special Project X. This role ensures timely, cost-effective sourcing of equipment, machinery, and services aligned with Special Project X timelines and corporate procurement standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for CAPEX categories (packaging and material handling machinery, infrastructure, utilities (HVAC), warehousing, installation services).
- Prepare bid packages, run tender processes, evaluate technical and commercial proposals.
- Estimated a total of 200 purchase orders of various sizes across project duration. <...
