Project & Change Manager – Financial ERP (Hybrid – Charleroi)
We are looking for an experienced Project & Change Manager to lead both the operational delivery and organizational change management of a major Financial ERP transformation program.
This role combines project governance with change leadership to ensure successful implementation, strong stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across a large organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of the ERP transformation project
- Plan and monitor project milestones, deliverables, budgets, risks, and reporting
