Project Management
- Manage sub-projects from end-to-end, under the oversight of the core team
- Track and manage project deliverables to ensure they are on time, on track, and aligned to requirements
- Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress, align expectations, and ensure timely communication of updates and milestones
- Prepare proposals and supporting materials based on inputs and requirements to facilitate discussions and decision-making
- Support project administration, including documentation, records management, and coordination of implementation, events, and engagement activities
- Develop visually appealing and effective communication materials (i.e. electronic direct mail (EDMs), newsletters, internal memos, and other engagement materials)
