Engineering Change Management
- Coordinate the end-to-end Engineering Change Request (ECR) process, from initial risk analysis to final implementation.
- Oversee sample build activities for PV testing and quality evaluations, ensuring seamless coordination between cross function team and testing labs.
- Check and defined the validation testing item related with the changing point.
- Manage technical documentation, including BOM updates, internal drawings, approval drawing, SAP operation basic function.
- Support ISO16949, ISO45001 activities, related with project.
- Monitor project health through bi-weekly PDCA updates and cost-reduction tracking.
- Manage and collaboration about environmental compliance submissions (IMDS).
