Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.Professional accreditation or membership with a recognized body such as GhIS, IQS, or equivalent.
Minimum of 7–10 years’ proven experience as a consultant quantity surveyor across road construction, building construction, and railway construction projects.
Demonstrated experience in cost planning, contract administration, claims management, and multi-sector consultancy.
In-depth understanding of international and local standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC, NEC).
Proficiency in cost management and quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, Candy, WinQS, MS Excel).
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, industry standards, and best practices across multiple sectors.
