Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Contracts Manager to join our team, supporting infrastructure and civil engineering projects. This is a key role in managing contractual matters and overseeing claims to ensure project and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer contracts for infrastructure and civil engineering projects
- Handle contractual correspondences, notices, and documentation
- Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders and claims
- Lead claims management processes including EOT (Extension of Time) and cost claims
- Provide contractual advice to project teams and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, policies, and legal requirements
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contract-related matters
- Lead QS team on subcontractor procurement, negotiation and management
