Key Responsibilities
Cost Management
- Prepare, manage, and maintain project budgets including: Turret repair Class repairs Hull/steel renewal Piping Machinery costs.
- Monitor commitments, actual expenditures, forecasts, and variance analysis.
- Ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Change Management
- Administer the Management of Change (MOC) process.
- Evaluate cost and schedule impacts of Change Requests (CRs) from shipyards and consultants.
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and workflow compliance.
Progress Measurement & Reporting
- Develop and implement project performance metrics including: CPI (Cost Performance Index) SPI (Schedule Performance Index) Earned Value Management (EVM).
