Saipem is a global leader in the engineering and construction of major projects for the energy and infrastructure sectors. We are looking for a Project Control Planning & Scheduling Lead.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools
- Define project work breakdown structure (WBS) and planning logic
- Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports (weekly/monthly)
- Identify potential delays and propose mitigation and recovery plans
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment with schedule
- Prepare and analyze critical path and productivity trends
- Support project controls activities including forecasting and risk analysis
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements
- Liaise with stakeholders, subcontractors, and management for planning-related matters
