Job Description
We are busy tendering on a contract and are in need of a Project Controller to be based in Melkbos, Cape Town.
The role is for approximately 15 months.
Duties & Responsibilities
Duties:
- Compiles, distributes, and files minutes, notes, actions, and updated issues lists from the meeting.
- Distributes minutes from the previous meeting with the agenda and issues list for the planned meeting.
- Validates all minutes as a true representation of what was discussed.
- Facilitates the planning of meeting content in line with current issue priorities and importance as a focus area.
- Distributes relevant documentation to action leads for review and update.
- Arranges meetings and prepares the agenda.
- Maintains a database capable of supporting the information management of issue status and actions under discussion.
- Prepares reports on the operation of ETMM and ECMC as required.
