We're looking for a Project Controls Assistant to join our growing team! In this role, you'll help ensure our projects are set up for success from day one - working closely with project managers and control specialists to keep everything running smoothly.
As a Project Controls Assistant, you'll be the go-to support for our project controls team. Your day-to-day will involve setting up new projects in Deltek Vantagepoint, adding phases to existing ones, and making sure billing terms are clearly defined and accurate. You'll help keep everything on track by ensuring project managers submit the right documentation and by stepping in as a backup when needed. You will also assist with project planning and closeout activities, giving you a full view of the project lifecycle.
