Responsibilities
- Define:
- Project governance structure
- Stage gates and approvals
- Establish controls across cost, schedule, and scope
- Recommend PMO model (central vs distributed via GCC)
- Identify reporting frameworks and KPIs
Profile
- 15+ yrs in large infrastructure programs
- Experience in utilities / EPC environment
