Project Controls Manager - Infrastructure Projects in Dubai. Parsons is seeking a dynamic Project Controls Manager to lead planning, scheduling, cost, and risk management functions across major infrastructure programs in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in Primavera P6, risk analysis, and team leadership within complex, multi-package environments.
What You’ll Do- Provide strategic direction across all project controls disciplines including schedule, cost, risk, and performance
- Lead a team of planning engineers and manage controls across multi-package infrastructure programs
- Develop integrated master schedules and validate resource alignment for timely delivery
- Conduct regular delay analysis, progress reviews, and prepare high‑impact reports with recovery plans
