Job Description
Core responsibilities
- Manages the Project Controls teams for the project, consisting of: Cost Engineers, Change Coordinator and Planning Engineers
- Ensures delivery of the project's contract compliant and Client Corporate Standards compliant congruent Project Controls Services on:
- Cost & Financial control
- Invoicing
- Change Control
- Risk Management
- Planning & Scheduling
- Progress Management & Reporting - Manages subcontractors - works closely with Client's subcontracts and procurement / commercial manager
- ensures key project admin structures are defined, approved and maintained
- ensures (re)baselines for reporting on Cost, Finance, Planning and Progress are defined, approved and maintained.
- Manages and oversees the Sales Invoicing for Client's client (mixed reimbursable and Lump Sum contract setup)
