Access Community Health | Uru Ātea is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Senior Leadership Team to deliver a high-impact operational improvement programme across the National Communications Centre, Access and Total Care Health workforce, technology and governance.
About the role
This role is the connective tissue of the Operational Improvement Programme: maintaining the operating cadence, keeping information accurate and decision-ready, and helping ensure our people across the motu can see, understand and trust the work underway. You will work across operations, care coordination, clinical teams, Data Analytics, IT, People & Culture and Communications, and with external partners where needed.
