Prepare maintenance projects by reviewing work packages early and helping define task sequences.Supervise day-to-day progress of the check to ensure compliance with EASA Part-145 and internal procedures.Verify that planning provided by the preparation team is correctly followed during each phase of the check.Ensure workload distribution aligns with available manpower for each shift.Through team leaders, coordinate task execution across different skills (avionics, structures, cabin, sheet metal, etc.).Make sure all task cards are completed correctly, with accurate data and required signatures.Assess findings promptly to determine corrective actions and launch material requests without delay.Guarantee smooth communication and proper handovers between shifts and technical teams.Esca...
