Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Construction Team in Alice Springs. This role is responsible for planning, scheduling, documenting, and coordinating activities for both Site and In-Town projects, including subcontractor management.
The Project Coordinator supports Project Managers, Proposals, Projects, and the broader Construction department. The role requires daily interaction with internal teams, customers, contractors, and external stakeholders, and demands a professional and collaborative approach at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide administrative and clerical support to the Proposals, Projects, and Construction Team
+ Administer weekly staff meetings and prepare the Weekly Activity Report
+ Create Work Orders in SAP for material procurement and subcontracted services
+ Maintain the staff contact roster and act as a key point of contact for the branch
