General Accountability
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager of Residential Construction, the Project Coordinator position is responsible for a variety of duties related to job production, emergency response, administrative compliance and quality assurance. This position serves the residential market as well as some commercial assignments. The Project Coordinator will liaise with company personnel such as estimators, project managers, project management associates, and administrative, project controls and accounting personnel. The role includes coordinating superior customer service with vendor sub‑trades and working with clients to ensure the timely completion of a quality and profitable reconstruction project, while maintaining accurate and complete file‑management records, both functionally and financially.
