Job Description
- Coordinate daily on-site activities and ensure smooth communication between subcontractors and employees.
- Apply strong knowledge of PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance) processes to keep schedules on track.
- Liaise directly with subcontractors on progress, issues, and site requirements.
- Monitor and support quality control checks across ongoing site work.
- Update the reporting head with site status on a daily basis.
- Prepare and submit progress and activity reports on time, without delays.
- Keep oversight of all details happening on site and flag issues to management promptly.
- Support technical coordination across civil, mechanical, or electrical work scopes as required.
Skills
- Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (minimum requirement)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE or another GCC country (mandatory)
