Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To communicate with befrienders and beneficiaries of the ElderAid. Liaise with the befrienders, beneficiaries and community stakeholders to establish and maintain an effective befriending programme.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
. Assist in strengthening SRC's role in the local community, specifically in the Red Cross Community Hub.
. Work closely with Sr/Executive of the ElderAid programme and Dy/Head on the development and progression of the befriending programme in the various districts.
. Collaborate with grassroots, government and non-government agencies on the development and management of both the befrienders and the beneficiaries.
. Provide quality and personalized one-stop information services for clients and community stakeholders.
. Support training of befrienders to strengthen and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
