Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of fire protection projects in the marine and oil & gas industries.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
- Prepare project documentation, including proposals, schedules, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Manage project changes and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates.
- Support the procurement process by sourcing and selecting suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on projects.
