Our client is a leading global property owner and manager with an impressive portfolio of premium commercial assets across Australia. They are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join their team on a three-month contract, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of capital works and operational projects within a landmark Sydney CBD asset.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Based full-time on-site in Sydney CBD, this role will support an experienced property operations and projects team responsible for delivering capital works, base building upgrades, makegoods, and tenancy fit-out projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Project Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and liaising with a broad range of stakeholders including tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
