A client of Insight Global is looking for a detail orientated Project Coordinator to join their team in Glen Allen, VA. The Project Coordinator will be a part of the quality management program overseeing the portfolio's projects and supporting all Project Managers in an administrative capacity. They will be working in an interactive environment and fast-paced environment, so communication/coordination and organizational skills are important. Daily tasks may include managing a detailed complex excel spreadsheets, assist the PM in project quality checklists, organize documents and reports, apply company guidelines to project documentation requirements, create project visuals related to project timeline set by the PM.
