Project Coordinator – Retail & Hospitality Fit-Outs (London HQ)
PSD is partnering with a fast-growing London-based consultancy to recruit a Project Coordinator / Senior Project Coordinator to support the delivery of retail & hospitality fit-outs across the UK.
This is a brilliant opportunity to get hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, work directly with senior leaders and clients, and grow quickly in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting Project Managers to keep projects on track through pre-construction
- Attending site meetings and producing detailed, accurate minutes
- Assisting with tender lists, drawing reviews and contractor returns
- Helping with cost reports, budget trackers and programme updates
- Producing clear weekly updates for clients
- Managing and improving the aftercare/handover process
