* Use AutoCAD to prepare layout and 3D drawings
* Confirm colour schemes and layout quantities
* Place material and product orders for ongoing projects
* Prepare handover materials and checklists
* Develop and track project schedules
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Conduct site visits and ensure work matches drawings and quality standards
* Attend meetings for site updates and project coordination
* Support with administrative tasks as needed Requirements * Diploma in any discipline.
* Good problem-solving and time management skills
* Independent, organized, and able to multitask
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
