What this role looks like
Every project at OAL moves through a delivery cycle: planning, build, installation, commissioning, customer training, and handover. As Project Coordinator, you help keep that cycle running smoothly. Some weeks will focus on planning upcoming installations, preparing documentation, and coordinating resources. Other weeks will involve supporting live projects, tracking milestones, communicating with customers and suppliers, and helping resolve issues to keep delivery on schedule.
What you will be doing
- Project coordination – Coordinate schedules, activities, and milestones across multiple automation projects to support successful delivery.
- Planning and documentation – Prepare and distribute project documentation including programmes, drawings, RAMS, and site safety information.
