Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit tenders and competitive project bids
- Develop accurate cost estimates and client quotations
- Prepare project start-up documentation and submittals
- Create and maintain construction schedules using CPM planning tools
- Coordinate tender timelines and scheduling requirements
- Communicate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution
- Organize and manage meetings and events, including agenda preparation, travel arrangements, accommodations, and event logistics
Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
