Insight Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support a customer communication and compliance effort.
This role will focus on managing outreach to a large number of customers, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and track outreach efforts to a high volume of customers
• Schedule and manage customer calls, including coordination with senior leadership and executive stakeholders
• Partner closely with internal teams, including Legal, Compliance, and other business units
• Coordinate with external legal counsel to ensure communications align with regulatory and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate tracking of customer communications, follow-ups, and status updates
