Responsibilities
- To coordinate and monitor project schedules, work progress, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
- To liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments on project-related matters.
- To prepare, maintain, and update project documents, drawings, reports, correspondence, and records.
- To assist in planning manpower, materials, equipment, and site activities for ongoing projects.
- To follow up on project timelines, work completion, variation orders, and outstanding issues.
- To attend project meetings, take minutes, and ensure proper follow-up on action items.
- To coordinate submissions, permits, approvals, and other administrative requirements relating to the projects.
- To perform any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
