Job Description
JOB TITLE: PROJECT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITY AND JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Work closely with Project Manager to manage projects.
- In charge of coordinating and liaising all site works (own work + subcons/vendors).
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise; update to PM.
- Make sure all works on site proceed smoothly and according to schedule.
- Responsible and accountable.
- Adaptive and quick on the feet to handle challenges on site.
- Good communication skills with clients/IDs/consultants/subcons/vendors etc.
- Able to multi-task and manage several site's issues at one time.
- Manage stress/pressure and handover sites with tight deadlines.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks (E.g emails).
- Competency in Microsoft applications (E.g Word, Excel etc).
- Ability to read drawings.
