Smart Homes Project Coordinator
This role involves coordinating between technical contractors and site owners, managing installation schedules, and supporting the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful delivery of smart home projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project coordination, sales and customer service, and experience in the smart home industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with contractors and clients as the liaison between technical contractors and site owners to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Manage installation schedules to align contractor availability with project timelines.
- Create quotations and contracts: prepare detailed quotations for clients, ensuring accurate pricing, product selection and scope of work; draft and manage contracts in compliance with company policies.
