The Project Controller provides independent oversight of commercial and site activities to ensure governance and adherence to PMO standards. This role synthesizes rigorous document auditing with physical site verification to provide Management with assurance that contractor billings, variation orders, and commercial submissions are contractually justified and consistent with actual project execution.Beyond immediate transactional oversight, the role carries a strategic long-term mandate to drive continuous improvement in commercial policies and processes. By identifying governance gaps and commercial risks, the Project Controller strengthens the project control environment, supplementing existing consultancy functions with a dedicated focus on risk management and compliance.
