Job Description: Be responsible for project administration and management of workflow. Create detailed programme flow for all assigned events, including managing the timelines, venue set-up, logistics, vendors and resourcing To monitor project documents and shop drawings are as per the contract Evaluate costing received for project works To monitor and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawing/specification and complete within schedule time Coordinate internal project team meetings, and manage the team to set and manage the project goals, programme outline, timeline and work process. Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management Ensure all invoices are submitted punctually completed with all supporting documents requested by Client Liaise with Client on all scheduled works
