We are looking for a Project Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in IT to join our successful web project from the USA.
Please note we consider only candidates from Lviv or Kyiv
Requirements
Must have
- 2+ years in IT, with at least 1 year in a coordination or management role
- Confident with Jira and agile processes
- Technical background sufficient to understand engineering conversations and earn team respect
- Actively uses AI tools; understands key concepts well enough to contribute to AI initiative coordination
- Strong communicator: proactive, structured, clear
- People-observant: reads team dynamics before they surface explicitly
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
