Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations Managers, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders to prepare detailed project budget reports at regular intervals (daily, monthly, quarterly) or as stipulated by the Authority
- Ensure budget planning is aligned with project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain and update relevant systems and spreadsheets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis to accurately capture budgets and expenditures
- Monitor and track actual project expenses against approved budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Perform financial data analysis and generate management reports comparing expenditure versus planned budgets
- Identify budget variances and analyze underlying reasons for forecast deviations on a quarterly basis
