This role is focused on onsite coordination for a newly built, ownership-led development that is preparing for tenant buildouts and openings. Approximately 60% of the day will be spent onsite, walking the property, inspecting spaces, verifying utilities, confirming capacity and readiness, and resolving issues in real time. The Project Delivery Manager will act as the central communication hub, working closely with tenants to ensure schedules stay on track, questions are addressed, and expectations are aligned. The role is heavily tenant-facing, with tenant coordination making up roughly 65% of the workload, supported by construction coordination (15%) and ownership/leadership communication (20%). Daily responsibilities include reviewing leases and work letters, aligning on what can be provided versus what differs by tenant, coordinating inspections, and ensuring issues are resolved rather than simply escalated.
