We are looking for an experienced Project & Delivery Manager to lead and deliver high-impact IT projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple IT initiatives Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders Manage project risks, dependencies, budgets (where applicable), and resource allocation Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives using Jira Maintain clear, accurate, and up-to-date project documentation in Confluence Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership Track project performance, provide regular status updates, and conduct post-project evaluations Supervise, coach, and mentor IT interns and junior team members, including task allocation, s...
