Key Responsibilities
Project Implementation Management
- Develop Project plans and Delivery schedules Plan
- Drive achievement of key project milestones
- Lead E2E implementation delivery from project handover to system Go-Live
Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders including:
- Local installation partners
- Service partners
- Internal business teams
Ensure smooth execution of project delivery.
Stakeholder Management
- Identify and manage key project stakeholders (customers, vendors, internal teams)
- Align stakeholders on scope, schedule, and delivery objectives
- Resolve cross-team communication and execution challenges in complex project environments
