Purpose of the Role The
Project Delivery & Operations Manager
will play a hands-on role in driving the successful delivery of H3 Zoom's managed services and inspection projects across façade, interior, and built environment inspection workflows.
This role is designed for someone who is operationally strong, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing project execution from start to finish — including project planning, milestone tracking, stakeholder coordination, report readiness, QA/QC follow-up, subcontractor coordination, and delivery documentation.
The role is not purely administrative. The successful candidate must be able to work closely with internal teams, field operations, AI/product teams, subcontractors, clients, and technical reviewers to ensure that projects are delivered
on time, within scope, at the required quality standard, and in line with customer expectations
