Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer to join a growing builder–developer based on Sydney’s North Shore.
As the Project Design Engineer, you will lead and manage the design process from early concept through to construction and delivery on mixed-use residential projects. You will work closely with project managers, site teams, engineers, consultants, and key stakeholders to ensure designs are fully coordinated, compliant, buildable, and aligned with cost and program objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full design lifecycle from concept, DA and CC through to construction and handover
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams including structural, civil, façade, services, and architectural disciplines
• Drive design programmes, ensuring milestones are met and risks are identified and mitigated early
