Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for attending to homeowner / customer / project inquiries
- To fully involve in the design development stage with the design team.
- Proposal 3D conceptual design and prepare 3D & 2D drawings.
- To provide full design consultation services to clients for residential industries following the requirements of design and built service.
- Responsible for design, drafting and conceptual design including all design presentation, perspective drawings and construction drawings as per client requirement.
- To prepare BQ, quotation submission, sample board proposal to client.
- To plan, coordinate, supervise and control projects from site inception to completion.
- Attend to project requirement on site visit, site measurements, site coordination and meeting
- Follow up on material orders, verify suppliers and subcontractors' claims.
