Position: Project Development Lead (Opened to Expat)


RESPONSIBILITY:


  • Acting as supportive POC in all business development activities, and in-charges of project development
  • Take the analysis in related opportunity & data collection during the Energy Audits
  • Analyze & manage Savings calculations for different types of solutions (HVAC, BMS, Lighting, Refrigeration, etc.)
  • Support project contract validation.
  • Join in the full process of works including of searching, qualifying suppliers & contractors, select and manage suppliers.
  • Support in procurement process
  • Take the lead and provide proper training to team members in Construction and O&M.

    • REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Mechanical or Electrical
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in Energy Efficiency field
  • Having business Development mindset is preferable.
