:Project Director – Infrastructure (Roads & Utilities)

Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Project Director – Infrastructure to join our Design Team in Dubai. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple complex infrastructure projects, primarily focused on roads and utilities, for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in technical delivery, commercial performance, and client satisfaction across all engagements. The role requires strong leadership in managing multidisciplinary design teams, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and maintaining consistent delivery standards across varying project types and client requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead, plan, direct, supervise, and control the execution of all business, technical, financial, and administrative functions of assigned infrastructure design projects.
