Role
The Project Director is accountable for leading the successful delivery of a £600M portfolio of Building and MEP works across 11 assets within the London Tunnels Section of HS2. This role spans the full lifecycle—from design, through construction, to commissioning—ensuring safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery aligned with client objectives.
Main Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership
- Take full accountability for the end‑to‑end delivery of Building and MEP scopes (£600M) across 11 assets, including shafts and headhouses. Oversee all project phases: design integration, construction execution, testing, and commissioning.
