The Project Director on Site plays a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering museum projects, ensuring they align with regional cultural heritage, architectural practices, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership:
o Spearhead the project’s end-to-end execution, ensuring alignment with the museum’s cultural vision and strategic goals.
o Serve as the primary on-site authority, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
2. Stakeholder Coordination:
o Act as the bridge between Client, Contractors, Curation Committee, architects.
o Facilitate collaboration between international and domestic teams, respecting cultural nuances and practices.
3. Budget and Resource Management:
