Our client is a global construction company who has been operating in the Middle East for over 50 years. During this time that have delivered some of the largest projects in the world, over multiple sectors, including Hospitality & Tourism, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate. They are currently looking for a Project Director to join them on a project in the UAE.
Responsibilities- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the successful delivery of complex residential, commercial & mixed‑use projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and company goals.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from pre‑construction through to handover, ensuring key milestones, quality standards, budgets, and timelines are achieved.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, including construction, commercial, design, planning, procurement, and HSEQ functions, fostering a high‑performance culture.
