Job Description
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead and manage full-cycle construction projects from pre-construction to handover.
- Develop and execute project strategies, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, risk exposure, and performance metrics to ensure delivery targets are achieved.
- Chair weekly project meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internalteams.
Contract & Commercial Management
- Oversee tendering, contract administration, VO/change control, procurement, and subcontract negotiations.
- Monitor project cost plans, cash flow, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and statutory requirements.
Technical & Construction Management
- Ensure construction methodologies, sequencing, and temporary works plans are technically sound and efficient.
