- Assist the Project Manager in the execution of project management tasks, including the development and monitoring of project schedules, coordination with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of assignment.
- Report and monitor the progress of the project to the Project Manager.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing according to specifications and quality standards, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare method statements, shop drawings, installations / T&C check sheets, work progress reports and other relevant documents for ACMV related works with project teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, materials, inspection forms, correspondence with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors and other necessary records.
